Financial Information Privacy:

Your credit/debit card information remains completely protected during the transaction. Third Degree Merch’s online processing automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Card information is never stored on our website and is not even visible in its entirety to our own staff. The transaction only completes at the customer request and the financial data is only used to verify the information with the banking institution to approve the transaction and subsequent charges. Charges from our company will always show up on your statement as "THIRDDEGREEMERCHANDISE"

Customer Information Privacy:

Customer Information is stored in our secure order database and is visible to our staff to locate, process, and ship orders. If you purchase a digital download or anything else that is coordinated with our 3rd party affilites, certain non-identifying information may be shared with them for purposes of fulfilling orders and statistical research (name, zip code, and email). Full name and address (identifying information) is never shared with anyone outside of our staff execpt for that particular customer and/or credit card owner.

Other statistical non-identifying information (State, Country, Items purchased) may be shared with our clients and affiliates for sales tracking and statistical purposes.

Information such as names, emails, etc. are never shared outside our company and affilities and are never sold to anyone for any purpose. Any official contact you receive from us regarding your order or payment details will originate from an email address using the domain @thirddegreemerch.com
