Please read through our return policies and Frequently Asked Questions prior to contacting us or sending anything to us. If you have an account with us and would like to return/exchange item(s), please login and use the "Request Return/Exchange" tab located within your control panel. If you do not have an account with us, please use this link to request a return or exchange.

We do our absolute best to get all orders correct when they are processed. If for any reason TDM has made an error in your order, please send us an email with your concern and we will make it right. Any items sent back to us should be approved by us first via our rma page. All items sent back for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 30 days from the original shipping date. Third Degree Merch reserves the right to have the final say on the eligibility of all returns and exchanges sent to us.

All items sent back for a return/exchange must be in "like new" condition, meaning that it cannot be dirty, washed, worn, smelling of smoke, etc. Once the item is received by TDM, we will process the return/exchange accordingly. If the item(s) is not in the like new condition, we may choose to deny the return (please keep this in mind prior to sending in a return). Items ordered from tours or anywhere else not directly through our webstore are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

All items sent back for a refund must be submitted for our RMA approval within 30 days of the original shipping date..


Please remember to include your RMA approval form with your return.


Items returned for a refund will be refunded the item(s) cost accordingly, but please note that this does not include the original shipping & handling costs or the $2.00 restocking fee (assessed per item returned). These amounts will be subtracted from the amount refunded.


Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process the return and issue the necessary refund (it may take a few extra days for your banking institution to see the refund and credit it on your statement).


All items sent back for an exchange must be submitted for our RMA approval within 30 days of the original shipping date.


Please remember to include your RMA approval form with your exchange.


Items returned for an exchange are subject to having the replacement item/size in stock. In-stock exchanges should be processed and shipped back out within 2 weeks from when the original item is received.


*Also note that if the item you want in exchange has a higher price than the item You are returning, that difference will also need to be factored into the additional charges of the exchange.


Sending Additional Funds:

 

Additional funds can be sent in a number of ways. Checks/money orders can be included within the returned package (though this could cause a slight delay in processing times), or you can pay via credit card by visiting our Payments page.

The payments page allows you to designate the payment amount, and then proceed to checkout and input your details on our secure checkout page. Once completed, you will receive an order number. Please include this number somewhere on your returned package so we can verify the payment and expedite the processing time.
