We do our absolute best to get all orders correct when they are processed. If for any reason TDM has made an error in your order, please send us an email with your concern and we will make it right. All items sent back for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 30 days from the original shipping date. Third Degree Merch reserves the right to have the final say on the eligibility of all returns and exchanges sent to us.

All items returned must be in "like new" condition, meaning that it cannot be dirty, washed, worn, etc. Once the item is received by TDM, we will process the return and issue the necessary refund amount

All items sent back for a refund must be sent back within 30 days from the original shipping date in order to qualify.

Whenever possible, please include the original packing slip, your order number, or the original name the order was placed under so we can easily locate your original order and process the return faster.

Please note: Item(s) are only eligible for a return if purchased through our store. Item(s) ordered from tours or anywhere else are not eligible to be returned through us.

Items returned for a refund will be refunded the item(s) cost accordingly, but not the original shipping & handling costs. In addition, a $2.00 restocking fee will be subtracted from the amount refunded (applies to each individual item).

All items exchanged must be in "like new" condition, meaning that it cannot be dirty, washed, worn etc. Once the item and funds are received by TDM, we will process the exchange and send the replacement out to you.

If you need to exchange an order due to something that was not an error on the part of TDM (item size does not fit you, etc), you will be asked to supply additional money for us to ship the replacement back to you.

The additional shipping charges will need to consist of the original shipping amountfor your order, plus a $2.00 restocking fee in order for us to process the exchange (applies to each individual item).

*Also note that if the item you want in exchange has a higher price than the item You’re returning, that difference will also need to be factored into the additional charges of the exchange.

Attach a note stating why the order is being sent back, and include the return shipping address and any additional funds. Additional funds can be sent via paypal to Sales@thirddegreerecords.com (include the transaction ID #) or the funds can be sent directly with your return. Any item(s) returned to us without the additional funds stated above will not be processed
